


Workshop by Ms. Chhavi Sharma Navigating the Future of Public Relations: Harnessing Digital Storytelling and Data-Driven Campaigns
IIMM Delhi is thrilled to announce an exciting workshop as part of our ongoing efforts to connect our esteemed alumni with our current students. We're proud to host Ms. Chhavi Sharma, an accomplished alumna from the 2015-16 ADPR batch, who will be facilitating a workshop titled "Navigating the Future of Public Relations: Harnessing Digital Storytelling and Data-Driven Campaigns" on the 2nd of April, 2025.
With a rich experience spanning nine years in the fields of Public Relations, internal and external communications, strategic messaging, corporate storytelling, media relations, and stakeholder engagement, Ms. Sharma brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to share with our students. Her recent role at Hitachi India saw her managing the brand-building efforts across all group companies, covering areas such as Internal Communications, Public Relations, Digital Strategy, Event Management, Sustainability, and CSR initiatives.
Before her tenure at Hitachi India, Ms. Sharma contributed her skills to organizations like One Source Consultancy, Hill+Knowlton Strategies, Avian We, and Integral Advisory. Her impressive portfolio includes serving clients such as Emirates Airlines, British Airways, Zerodha, True Beacon, Deloitte India, United Airlines, Azerbaijan Tourism, smallcase, Metropolis Healthcare, Chegg India, Volvo Cars, Lavazza, LG India, Apollo Munich Health Insurance, Pearson Vue, and Tax2win, among others.
